Every piece is made by hand from materials gathered that week — so times vary by gift. Here's what to expect, from your first message to the parcel landing on the doormat.

Design chat
Within 24 hoursI'll reply and we'll agree materials, size, colours and price before I start. Nothing is made until you're happy.
Gathering from garden & coast
1–3 daysI pick the freshest greenery, forage driftwood and stones, and choose the best seasonal finds for your piece.
Handmaking your gift
Varies by pieceThis is where the real time goes — every stitch, wrap, weave and arrangement is done by hand at my Kent workbench.
Finishing & quality check
1 dayEvery detail is checked, ribbons tied, tags hand-stamped, and the piece photographed before it leaves me.
Packaging & dispatch
1–2 daysWrapped in recycled tissue and sturdy packaging, then sent by Royal Mail or tracked courier.
