Market booking
Reserve a piece for market day
Tell me which fair you're coming to and what you'd love made, and I'll have it ready for you to collect. Payment is only arranged once we've agreed the details.
Locally sourced, from land and sea
What goes into every piece
Nothing is bought in a plastic packet. The materials come from the garden, the hedgerow, the orchard and the Kent shoreline — so each decoration carries the season it was made in.
From the land
- Evergreen, bay and eucalyptus cut from the garden and hedgerow
- Pine cones, sycamore keys, seed heads and moss
- Orchard oranges and lemons, dried slowly at home
- Cinnamon sticks, star anise and cloves for scent
- Home-grown roses, statice and dried flowers
- Hessian, jute twine and undyed wool
From the sea
- Driftwood weathered pale along the Kent coast
- Beach stones, pebbles and shells
- Sea glass and soft coastal blues
- Feathers and rope ends found on the tide line
- Sands and salt air in the finish of every piece
Decorations & door hangings
Made to hang, and to be noticed
Bespoke door hangings and decorations built on vine and hazel frames, packed with greenery and finished with hessian bows, driftwood pegs and hand-stamped tags. Large, generous and full of texture — never flat or thin.
- Front-door hangings in garden greenery or coastal driftwood
- Hanging bundles of eucalyptus, lavender and dried flowers
- Driftwood stars, baubles and pebble decorations for the tree
- Table runners of evergreen, bay and dried citrus
- Little gift sets of stones, sea glass and a candle

Colours that settle in
A palette for any home
Everything is built around natural, settled colours — soft whites and greens, coastal blues, warm hessian and clay. Choose the story that matches your rooms and I'll make to match.
Frost & Eucalyptus
Natural whites and soft greens — silvery eucalyptus, bleached driftwood and pale stone. Calm and fresh, lovely in bright, modern rooms.
Coastal Haze
Sea glass blues, weathered timber and sand tones. A quieter Christmas by the sea, with driftwood stars and pebble details.
Wren & Terracotta
Warm hessian, clay and toasted cinnamon. Cosy and earthy against cream walls, wooden floors and linen cushions.
Holly & Bark
Deep evergreen, dried red berries and bark, finished with a hessian bow. The traditional Christmas colours, kept natural.
Citrus & Spice
Dried orange and lemon, cinnamon and star anise. Glows amber in candlelight and fills a hall with warm scent.
Scent & table
Home fragrances & table displays
The finishing touches I'll be bringing along — things that make a house feel Christmas without a single glittery ornament.

Home fragrances
Natural soy candles poured in small glass jars with plain cream labels, wax melts of orange and cinnamon, dried potpourri bundles in hessian bags, and eucalyptus bunches for the bathroom. Scents stay close to the garden — rosemary, bay, cedar and citrus peel, never sweet.

Table displays
Long greenery runners of eucalyptus, bay and pine, laid with cream pillar candles in simple glass, dried orange slices, cinnamon bark and pale beach stones used as place-card holders. Whites and greens throughout, so the table looks settled rather than dressed up.
All the work behind the stall
The winter making season
From September onwards the workbench is full. Here's how a market stall fills itself, one piece at a time.
Gathering
Weekly, from September
Greenery cut that morning, driftwood and stones collected along the coast, orchard fruit brought home in crates.
Drying & curing
1–3 weeks
Oranges, lemons, flowers and grasses are slowly dried so they last all season without dropping their colour.
Building the base
1 day per piece
Vine and hazel frames wrapped in hessian and twine — the bones of every wreath and door hanging.
Arranging & tying
2–4 hours each
Everything wired and tied by hand, layer by layer, working from the outside in until the piece feels full and settled.
Scenting & finishing
1 day
Candles poured into glass, potpourri blended and bagged, tags hand-stamped and ribbons tied.
Packing for the market
The day before
Crates loaded, price cards written and the hessian laid out — then driven to the market with a thermos of tea.

Everything is tied, never glued — so a piece can be refreshed, taken down in January, and the greenery composted. That's the point of making with things that came from the garden in the first place.
Want a piece before market day?
Tell me the colours of your home and what you'd like — a door hanging, a table runner, a box of candles — and I'll make it to order and confirm a date and price before I start.
